I correct myself. No need. The program can be started from a bat. With the task scheduler when you start the computer and without logging in. It works correctly but without showing any windows. The line must be with start, to allow the bat to end. and in the curl indicate the shutdown mode.

In my case I use it on a USB port server. But when it comes to shutting down: the server shuts down automatically when the client is shut down
