Private Messaging about kandan HOT 6 OPEN

I was thinking about tackling this, would a simple /msg username/email suffice or do you think something more robust?

That should work. I think this issue needs to be worked on in conjunction with #20

I think I can work that into /msg @username. Might also be nice to incorporate it into public messages as well, and have it grab that users attention some how ie. (different bg color, play sound, etc)

Playing a sound would be nice, eventually we'd probably want to take advantage of a more advance notification system.
