a) You say YAML example for dell-csm-operator CRD is missing two fields. How can that be corrected? How are you checking that it is missing the two fields? How are you testing and checking it?
b) What is the version used?
c) Are you the Operator mantainer or are you its user? If you do not keep this project maintained, did you try to raise an issue for its repo already?
