Right now I don't have this ready for distribution via Package Control. You can install it the normal way (check out the plugin into the Packages directory). I've updated the README to this effect. I'm not prepared to put an entire Git primer in there just yet, but I cover how to download the tarball and where to put it on the supported platforms. Not seamless, but pretty easy.

Should also mention the dependencies. such as installing graphviz. Mountain Lion doesn't support Graphviz (without some serious hack). Bummer.

I had no problem installing graphviz on ML using macports. But I have trouble with homebrew.
