Found the issue! The correct value is getting set on element.argName, but when the signature comes in and we are turning the param names into dynamic properties, we are wiping away the value of element.argName.

This is fixed in pr #64 but I did not merge because test are failing. After investigating, the rest are really failing because on an indirect dependency of urth-viz-chart. I'm going to hold off till tomorrow morning.

If you change your gist to use just = to assign attributes intead of $=, it all works now.
