Started working on this one, implemented a signature refresh that gets fired when code execution completes, similar to urth-core-dataframe.
Ran into an issue with urth-core-function's dynamic properties, when _onSignatureChange fires, the call to Polymer.Bind.createBindings will throw an error saying that the args property cannot be redefined - looking into this

This looks like a bug in _onSignatureChange - I set up a simple test case that just calls _onSignatureChange twice, and it fails with the error (TypeError: Cannot redefine property: args(…)).
The call to createBindings will define all of the model's properties, including existing ones like args. Ideally we'd like to only define the new argX properties that are received in the signature.
