. opens :Git <cursor> hash so you could use this mapping and command:
nmap \\ .<C-u>DiffviewCommit<CR>
command! -nargs=1 DiffviewCommit DiffviewOpen <args>~1..<args>
Very important to use nmap instead of nnoremap because we're piggy backing on gv.vim's . mapping.
If you want to avoid the command, then verbose nmap . in a gv buffer and figure out how it works. See also gv#sha().
