Thanks for the kind compliment! We currently do not support operating systems other than 64-bit Linux because AMD's ROCm stack only supports Linux (although it appears that at least Windows support is something they're actively working on internally). However, I do have an open PR (#24) which, with some extra work, would allow this package to use the system's OpenCL implementation as the backing runtime (such as the one that AMD/Apple provides). This would work on older (pre-Catalina?) versions of macOS which haven't yet removed the OpenCL runtime support; newer macOS versions explicitly do not provide or support OpenCL anymore. That PR is currently stalled as it's not a high priority for me (and has a number of deficiencies which need to be worked around), however I do plan to pick it back up in the next few months.

I don't think I'll be picking back up OpenCL support, unless someone adventurous wishes to do the work.
