I don't thing we have :)
Conceptually the data is available once the endpoint is exposed. One thing we could do is a render prop style HOC which allows you to specify which permission is needed for the route / component underneath. This component would look at the current user, and all its permission from all the roles and then show the inner component, or not.
This could be useful in not just routes but also other links throughout the UI.
