Can't reproduce.
Please close issue, if it was a temporary problem.

I can confirm this.
@jrief I needed I can provide a POC code

I'am sorry, but this is a feature rather than a bug.
Before I introduced this, it was possible to drag an empty inline sortable upwards. This caused empty entries in the database. Now you have to save the object and then you can drag it somewhere.
If you have a better idea on how to solve this, please let me know.

@jrief actually original report it's not about dragging items around when empty, but that's not possible to focus the input/select field on the right of the sort column in an inline field.
This only happens on firefox, so it's definitely a bug.

It is not a temporary problem. I am using this in combination with django cms 3 as I said. That CMS has it's own django admin theme. I have the feeling that there is a problem in the combination of both. I don't have this behaviour with chrome so I still think this is a bug.
So i have this inline in a object admin of a different model, eg publications. On the same page I am trying to add authors for example. I can enter the names into the field in chrome without a problem but I can't enter anything into the input field with firefox. Only if I make a right click into the input field, the input field gets selected and I can enter text.
My problem is not about moving the authors around.
POC: http://xxx
the script at /static/adminsortable/js/list-sortable.js seems to be causing the problem.
I removed it from that poc and now it works. Might there be a compatibility issue with django cms and that script?
Edit: saw that this was fixed now. Thanks again!

@jrief @yakky Was this fixed? Because I still see it happening on Firefox 32.0 on Mac.

Also see it on FF 35 Mac.
