Time between camera object being created in the dashcam container and we get the key_on from gpio causes frames to be able to be recorded but are dropped until we start recording. Why is it taking so long?

Might be faster with go controller - but betting the issue might be with time to start dockerd and pass messages around.

Seems much faster now with Karmen being compiled (golang).
The time between start_recording finishing and start_preview finishing is a faster turnaround time.
