My gvim doesn't resize on :tabnew. Do you use any special guiopts?

This is strange. wmii should actually ignore vim's resize request altogether. 
At the
very least, it should forbid it from growing when in managed mode.

FYI, here are the complete gvim options needed to reproduce this 
problem...sorry for
not including this in the original report:

:set guioptions+=e
:set showtabline=1

The first (guioptions+=e) allows showing of the tab line.  The second displays 
it
only when there are two or more tabs.
