Definitely. I use pip but didn't realize I needed to register the source. Should be done. Good?

Almost there. The setup.py is now broken for me. Looks like you need to add it to your MANIFEST.in file so that it gets distributed with the source. This line in MANIFEST.in should do it:
include README.md
More info: http://docs.python.org/distutils/sourcedist.html#manifest-template
The traceback I got was:
$ pip install PyJWT
Downloading/unpacking PyJWT
Downloading PyJWT-0.1.1.tar.gz
Running setup.py egg_info for package PyJWT
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 14, in

File "/Users/kumar/tmp/pyjwt/build/PyJWT/setup.py", line 5, in read
return open(os.path.join(os.path.dirname(file), fname)).read()
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/kumar/tmp/pyjwt/build/PyJWT/README.md'
Complete output from command python setup.py egg_info:

Gotcha. Okay, I added that and tested with pip. It's complaining about tests, but installs fine for me.

Cool, thanks
