These don't actually require/allow waiters. However, generating the reports outside of Recon is a simpler approach. This commit added support for collecting and parsing the credential report.

Enable generating credential report by default and wait for it to complete. Add command line option -g to skip generation.
In iam.rb, generate report unless option -g. Poll every 5 seconds to check for completion. Will occupy one thread waiting for completion.
