At the broad scope, the (simplifying) issue here is that we don't really need the DrakeSubscriptionInterface
class in Python API, so we would to ignore it (either via the include-only list, or by explicitly annotating the class to be excluded).
The complicating issue is that DrakeLcm::Subscribe
has weird and complicated custom logic:
