Not a bug, you're just showing the action sheet from the wrong view. You have to show it from the UINavigationController's view.

I even added all the buttons to your example app, and it did the same thing. Like it starts in the middle, but i can scroll up to the top.

Thats the preferred behavior, the status bar is kept visible. You should read the JGActionSheet.h file carefully, it has a 'insets' property and the example app sets the insets to (20, 0, 0, 0), thats why the status bar is kept visible.

Right, the status bar should show, but shouldn't the view start from the top so it shows the title first?
