You can probably search for the error string here in github to see where in the code it is printed.

However, I suspect you are making the same mistake as here, so just remove the server listening to port 80 from your config and let redirector.conf do its work.

I would probably just add both www.example.com and example.com in your ssl server block (the renewal scripts will pick up both and create a certificate valid for both).

I've removed the server listening to port 80,
but I think generally the problem was in wrong paths to certificates, so I've updated them to:

    ssl_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/example.com/fullchain.pem;
    ssl_certificate_key /etc/letsencrypt/live/example.com/privkey.pem;
    ssl_trusted_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/example.com/chain.pem;

P.S. The server listening to port 80 was required to redirect traffic from http to https, but also to redirect from www.example.com to example.com. What is the correct way to achieve this, should I redeclare redirector.conf or maybe just request certificates for both www.example.com and example.com?
