The feature that is missing for me as well, and is definitely necessary to persuade users of other similar solutions to try and switch to TiddlyRoam :o)

Sounds great @torzak and @vRobM! I don't have time for the next couple of months to implement this but I'd be super happy for a pull request to add this. Are either of you interested in doing that?

@torzak since this looks abandoned 3 years ago, you may want to solve this by going up a level with the desktop client:
- Download TiddlyDesktop
- install the markdown plugin
- then open TiddlyRoam.html
