sqlTable and uniqueKey apparently need to go into an extensions > joinMonster attribute:

this seems to happen on joinmonster 3, but not on 2.
I'm also still looking for the solution, prefixing the table name didnt work for me
sqlTable: 'users'
-> sqlTable: 'public."users"'
changes nothing for me
