cp: missing destination file operand after about wem HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks for letting me know about this. I've almost exclusively been working
on the postWRF section of WEM recently, hence I've not updated the
incompleteness of lazyWRF, and apologies if things are buggy! With some
luck, one day it will all work and be documented well!
