Sorry I haven't taken a look at this code in a long time. This probably needs to be moved into a gradle build process but in the meantime you can download the JTS library from here;

http://www.vividsolutions.com/jts/JTSHome.htm

You should be able to copy it into the lib directory and use your build process from there.
