Hi dcporter,
Sorry, again, the download section is out of date.
Running your example on the latest code gives rise to a similar question to
yours, regarding unbind()ing on an unbound property: calling set() on an
unbound property throws an error.
Like your unbind() suggestion, it would probably make sense to simply set the
property, rather than moaning about it.
I'll get both changes in place.

I noticed the "set" issue before too; I worked around it but not having to
would be awesome. I forget if that was it or if there were other areas where
errors were getting thrown that I didn't think merited errors? Anyway it sounds
like we're on the same page with the general philosophy here.
Thanks for looping back around on this. I'm coming from a SproutCore
background, where KVO is a given; working without it was no fun and having this
class available on its own is a breath of fresh air!
