If you feel up to it, Wrap line 367 in a try\except:

        try:
            runners[horse_id]['lbs'] = int(find(horse, 'span', 'RC-cardPage-runnerWgt-carried', attrib='data-order-wgt'))
        except:
            runners[horse_id]['lbs'] = None
