Why are u trying to uninstall it? I believe you can use the same installer file and do a silent uninstall.

I uninstall it from my unattend.xml file after sysprep'ing the box. That way I don't have to be using SSH while trying to kill the process.

Don't want it on my production vms. I can leave it disabled but I'd prefer
it to be removed completely.

I was banging my head against an odd env path issue. Turns out, the openssh uninstaller assumes it's the last item in the path and removes pre/post semi-colon seperators. I'll submit a bug to the author.
