oracle Cer is out of date about packer-windows HOT 8 CLOSED

Virtualbox users... is this still an issue or are we resolved on the oracle cert? /cc @kensykora @brettporter.

This may still be an issue -- I have noticed in my virtualbox builds when I turn the GUI on that VBox complains that the guest tools aren't properly running. Haven't bothered to fix it yet since it hasn't directly affected me though.

I don't have problems, using VirtualBox 4.3.14 on both Windows and Mac.

I have extracted the VBoxAdditions.iso from VirtualBox 4.3.12 and 4.3.14 and the cert/oracle-vbox.cer from within the ISO and the scripts/oracle-cert.cer from this Repo are exactly the same files.
Certificate is valide from 12/22/2013 until 12/22/2016.

But I have looked at the suggested code in the inital comment that this cert is added in a different way.
There once was a problem with the cert inside the VBoxAdditions.iso in December last year (about 4.3.6 or 4.3.8) as it wasn't updated, but normally the ISO contains the correct one.

I have checked a Win2012R2 box (without Windows updates) which was built with VBox 4.3.12 about a month ago. I have Guest Additions installed in it and only tells me that I can update to 4.3.14. The Trusted Publisher certificate is installed.

But if the code above works as well and VBox ships a tool to add the cert we could add this code. If it works for more users then it LGTM. And we don't have to update the cert in Dec 2016 again ;-)

No problems installing the guest additions on 4.3.12 and 4.3.14 with two recent builds here.
