- UI events publishing has been removed (no more runtime updates of job state)
- 'Refresh' button has been added to jobs list view
- Action availability rules take into account cache of running jobs

Also fixed multi-trigger job execution - job is considered running if has at least one running trigger at this time.

The 'Refresh' button is present. The multi-trigger case works correctly. there are no notifications. JobExecutionListener path is changed and QuartzJobEndExecutionEvent/QuartzJobStartExecutionEvent were removed.
