Anañítica del diario de sesiones del congreso de los diputados

En esta serie de Notebooks, pretendo realizar, sesión a sesión una analítica basica de los grafos de discuros, para poder medir como evoluciona el discurso de cada grupo parlamentario a lo largo de la legislatura.

La extacción de texto del diario de sesiones, actualmente se está haciendo a mano, debido a la complejidad de su automatismo, cualquier aporte será bienvenido.

Pasos para reproducir en casa

Instalar Neo4j community edition (version 3.5.x)

instalar algoritmos y procedimientos (Algo y Apoc)

crear entorno viertual, se debe instalar manualmente el core de Spacy

ejecutar primero el notebook de graph analytics (pasando en la primera celda el valor True)

despues puedes ejecutar el notebook de bokeh para ver las barras
