I agree with this. When using the plagiarism plugin especially as it should be transparent to the end user.
Can the configuration be changed so that when using the plagiarism plugin, it automatically accepts the EULA?

I'll definitely make the link more prominent, I'm aware the work flow isn't ideal but currently the EULA is a requirement from our legal team so I can't remove it.

Is it possible to augment the disclaimer text on "action=editsubmission" or add an additional link in there to accept the EULA. This means it is done before submitting. Having it after submission, students may think it has already worked.
Or if possible, not allow uploading a submission if the EULA has not been accepted.

I'm aware this is causing problems for people but we don't have the ability in an assignment to output anything to the screen unless the user has made a submission.

I've sent through pull request #54 which will add the link to accept the EULA to the submission page below where the disclosure is printed. This allows them to accept the EULA before they submit.
It probably needs to be made 'prettier' and a bit more prominent though.

EULA has been made more prominent and is available through 2014012406 in develop branch.
