Just found that it works nicely as a modal overlay when clicking on 'rubric manager' in the settings for a 'Turnitin Assignement 2' instance. Different mechanism from when students see it via the plagiarism_get_links function?

Hi Matt,
Yes it appears Safari blocks pop ups by default. The EULA works the same as the document viewer which is a different mechanism to the other launchers that open in a modal window like you say. This method isn't compatible with the EULA launcher currently.

We've had issues with users also not being able to agree the EULA due to pop up blockers.
Is there any reason that it couldn't be an actual page that redirects them back once they've agreed it instead of a popup? This would work on ALL browsers and it's pretty intrusive so you can guarantee they've seen the agreement.
