I was also running into treesitter errors lately with nvim nightly, but in my case I just had to update all plugins and uninstall and re-install a bunch treesitter parsers. I'll see if I can reproduce this with the latest nightly.

I was just able to recreate this when activating an already activated document. Let me have a closer look.

directives (like handling offsets in treesiter queries) are still a bit of a pain point, likely related to neovim/neovim@bd5008d
