allow user to zap notes about web-content-conversation HOT 1 OPEN

This would be an amazing feature. I imagine something like this:

1- You allow users to link a wallet using wallet nostr connect
2- You make a function that every time someone zap using satcom, the developer of satcom receive a % of the amount zapped too.
3- Other thing I imagine is: Think that we are zapping someone based in the information of a URL. So I think make sense the Website owner receive a % of the zapped amount too, but only if they insert a lightning address in their domain, something like what Brave Publishers does:
