Right now we're only parsing IPv4 numeric IP addresses in the tcpdump output. Need to come up with an intelligent way to handle both IPv4 and IPv6 coming out of tcpdump.

If the user passes a --pflog that does not exist, die gracefully, rather than letting tcpdump attempt to run and fail.

Be able to control the script with /etc/rc.d/process_pflog

Be able to pass the current working directory into run_command, to alleviate all those os.chdir calls.

Add ConfigParser-style config file for destinations, log files, etc.
