[Request] Allow loading EU bios specifically for EU DSi games about melonds-ds HOT 8 CLOSED

When you say your BIOS is European, which file exactly are you referring to? DSi mode needs four "BIOS" files.

Good question, and one I don't know the answer to perfectly. If I had to guess, dsi_firmware.bin is likely the only file that -must- be switched, but I haven't experimented with this enough to say with certainty yet.

Looks like BizHawk already implemented this, and based on comments from others (I haven't checked myself just yet), it's the NAND that is region locked, not the firmware.

I'm afraid that's not possible due to where the comments were made. Regardless, the main comment in question was "only the NAND files are region specific. There's some DSi specific firmware but those work across all regions"

I think what I'll do is this; instead of hard-coding a specific NAND path, I'll allow you to pick and choose a NAND in the system directory (as determined by the file size). Ditto for other BIOS files; I'm gonna need to rewrite how config items are set up, but it shouldn't be a big deal.
