I was just wondering if windows 10 2004 release still has scheduling issues with the 2990wx and if this is still recommended?

No Issue I was a noob.
Perfect little app,
It doesn't just improve under-used cores. it improves fullsocket workloads.
it's now a must have on my PC the difference is 15-50fps,
Best Config I've Found :
Disable Hyper-Threading for Cpriosvc.exe &
Bump Priority to High disable Thread-Boosting for CprioSVC
open cmd type SC cpriosvc preferrednode "num" insert system-host numanode number (Mines 0)
Goto "Image File Execution Options" & add new key named Cpriosvc.exe add
DWORD NodeOptions = 100
&
DWORD UseLargePages = 1

Also could you make another version to hijack system-socket? like its that good XD Sometimes i apply it to all apps on system-socket & it feels great,
Think you might of accidently fixed Intel Xeons in NUMA feeling like slugs lol
