-v option fails about docker HOT 2 CLOSED

The problem you have is that Jenkins tries to deploy the war in the host's dir /opt/jenkins_home/ as user jenkins but he doesn't have the privileges.

Try at the host to do:

sudo chown 102:106 /opt/jenkins_home

(102:106 is jenkins userid and groupid)

and then launch it, it should work fine.

That could probably be improved in the container to automatically take ownership of the directory during startup.
