改动较大，暂时不会调整。
我觉得『成功』『失败』是可以代替『开始』的，从实际工作来讲，我也觉得结果反馈更重要。

好的。我们有用到Jenkin来做发布，有些Job设置启动通知是为了让正在使用这个环境的人知道现在有在发布，可能会影响到操作。但有些Job只要构建成功有提醒就可以，不需要启动时也通知。启动全都通知也行。
