I'm down to https://github.com/jenkinsci/cobertura-plugin/blob/master/src/main/java/hudson/plugins/cobertura/CoberturaPublisher.java#L201 where a line says
build.getRootDir().listFiles(COBERTURA_FILENAME_FILTER);
Maybe this should be something like
build.getWorkspace().someSurprisingMethodCalls().listFiles(COBERTURA_FILENAME_FILTER);
I never looked into plugin sourcecode, so I'm not familiar with the differences between getRootDir() and getWorkspace() and other methods with similar names.
Because my project has a reconfigured workspace directory, I think the difference between root dir and workspace dir can cause this problem.
