Apparently the version on Rubygems is not the latest version. The gem list command tells me that I'm using jekyll-compose (0.4.1). That's the latest version on Rubygems, which is the version that was installed when I followed the instructions. But since that version is apparently from December last year, and issue #38 was fixed only in March this year, the Rubygems release doesn't include that fix.

I'm not used to working with Ruby, so I assumed the Rubygems release was the latest. I'm not sure how to update to a later version.

@parkr I don't have much experience with RubyGems, so I'd rather not maintain any gem right now. However, thanks for the offer. 😄

@parkr Yes, jekyll-compose 0.5.0 does quote the title when I do:

jekyll draft "Jekyll: How to use"

So this particular issue has been resolved.
