When you say "latest version" do you mean you pulled a release, or you downloaded trunk.

When you say "getting HTTP is not supported" can you provide more info? The reality is this was fixed some time ago in the primary branch, so if you are still getting it and you have the latest code then something else is wrong.

The latest trunk version does not have this error. If you are running 0.10 that is the last release but not current trunk.
