I undestand that there is youtube restriction.
This video contains content from Muyap. It is restricted from playback on certain sites.
Is it possible to fix?

Could you give me an example link that works for you? Getting 403 for all videos I've tried so far.

I can't give you a link that works for you, as that would require me to make public an install which I choose not to do, as it would then allow anyone to use my bandwidth to download videos.
If you are getting a 403, are you using the proxy download option or the standard? Is your server using IPv6 or IPv4? Have you chosen to show the debug info?
All I can tell you is it works reliably for me on localhost and on my server, and for many others - if it isn't working for you it has to do with your configuration or the video you are trying to download.
