Update CMake files about dsfml HOT 4 CLOSED

I think I'm going to move this under the 2.1 Milestone since I will be fixing a lot of CMake related things during that time anyways. For now, we'll just have to have very good building instructions and hopefully no one has problems. :P

I'll leave this open because I still want to look into integrating implib for Win 32 libs, but SFML's source is going to be merged with DSFML-C, so the library will end up using those CMake files instead, which will be better than trying to keep having it based off the CSFML junk.

My goodness this needs to happen. I had all sorts of issues on ubuntu with linking. It probably would be fixed by getting this set up.

SFML's sources were merged with the DSFML-C sources so it all uses SFML's CMake system now. As far as I can tell this is working as intended now. At least as far as my own testing has shown.
