This is a bit of a left over from the Mixd CSS Framework.
I'm trying to avoid too much editing of the SCSS files for styleSRC, I want most of it to just be the amending of the !! sections of the index.html file. The includes file brings in elements that are required for styleSRC but likely wouldn't be edited.
What I might do is leave the includes section as it is, but pull all the theme elements into the all.scss file...it should allow people to quickly comment out sections they aren't using.
