Is it possible that the time and date of the change are in the timezone locale
of the
server, or have you adjusted for timezone differences?

1. This problem was observed on http://wiki.tcl.tk/

2. While my updates do appear with the time stamp local to the wiki's server, I
wasn't on the machine during the adjusted time period.

For example, today, Sep 17, 2007 at 11:01am EDT (approximately) I made a change
to
the Grafitti page. The recent changes page says 15:02:26. That makes the
difference
between our time zones be 4 hours. However, I didn't make a change at 11pm the
night
before - I was last on the machine that day about 12 hrs earlier.

This isn't a critical issue - it is an abnormality which, at first, I thought
might
indicate that someone else was impersonating me. That would be annoying, but
probably
not much could be done about it. However, if it was my change (and it seemed to
be)
then it was strange to be timestamped the way it was.

Note that I saw this problem again today. http://wiki.tcl.tk/590 claims to have
been
editted by me. While the changes are ones that I would have made, I didn't make
them
on the day that is labeled. In fact, this page has been like this since at
least Jan
8 and perhaps longer.

This seems to be resolved since varnish was removed.
