Before making any changes to suppress the title, we should discuss how the wiki
will
look once the css and layout (e.g table of contents, header, left column menu,
...)
has been reworked.

I don't see how the layout -- or even the existence -- of a table of contents
has any bearing on the layout of
other pages.

But a header? A left column menu?

On a wiki?

I don't think so. Simplicity, not glitz, should continue to be the goal. If you
start adding columns (or frames,
perish the thought), you make it harder to get the content.

I'm in substantial agreement with Qunchuy regarding complex layout, but Jos'
work has
enabled us to make the complex layout optional - driven by JavaScript. Thus,
if you
don't want it you don't see it. I think that's the best of both worlds.

http://tcl.projectforum.com/wikiforum/Home is a space for discussing this kind
of
stuff, if you're interested please have a look.

Meanwhile, I've put the priority low on this precisely because, as Jos says,
there is
space for change.
