what should have been a simple url change results in a strange additional change about wikitcl HOT 4 CLOSED

8707 doesn't display the problem mentioned.  I suppose that was a typo.

Can't reproduce it - perhaps it has something to do with the regexp parser for 
URLs,
a problem with which is noted on the wikit.  Needs investigation.

It could also conceivably have been caused by corruption.  Sometime the regexp
parsing URL needs fixing, suggest we do that, then wait and see.

The page, in that version, seems ok to me now.  Specific and precise problem
statement might help here, now.  Alternatively, perhaps the problem was 
screamingly
evident at the time and has now been resolved by bugfixes elsewhere?

In the interests of cleaning up irresolvable issues, I'm flagging this 'fixed'.
