According to this you can use "any nonzero integer value" which should be fine since the time measurement is relative. Try putting anything else greater than zero in there instead of TIME_UTC.

I do have clang installed
$ clang --version Apple LLVM version 9.0.0 (clang-900.0.39.2) Target: x86_64-apple-darwin16.7.0 Thread model: posix InstalledDir: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin
I changed the time value to 1 and now its complaining memcopy. pastebin: here
