Replace the currently used HEX editor with the Eclipse Hex Editor Plugin (EHEP) about core HOT 1 CLOSED

The following issues are not solved

• net.sourceforge.ehep.nl_de is not contained in the editor feature
• Don't use an embedded jar (embedded jars are evil) for net.sourceforge.ehep (with ehep.jar). Extract the classes from this plug-in during plug-in creation (New plug-in from existing jar) and remove the jar
• Get rid of all warnings in the ehep plugin.xml/ manifest
• build.properties is missing in plug-in and fragment
• pom.xml is missing in both too, integrate both into core parent pom

And the biggest problem:
EHEP depends on org.eclipse.ui.ide and org.eclipse.ui.editors, both Eclipse IDE related plug-ins which will not be available in JCrypTool. These dependencies must be removed, the code must be replaced as it was done in our old HEX-Editor plug-in.

What is the purpose of net.sourceforge.ehep.nl1_1.0.0.201211062113.jar and net.sourceforge.ehep_1.0.0.jar?
