@jezdez, thank you for your effort here! I'm trying to finish this off. I think the last TODO at this point is to set up releases. Let me explain what I think the process is, you correct me if I'm wrong:
- I add a GH action to upload to the jazzband server on a tag push, eg what this action does: https://github.com/jazzband/django-oauth-toolkit/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yml
Yep! The needed secret to publish to Jazzband's staging package index has already been added.
- To actually release to PyPI, I tag a commit and push. This action jumps in and uploads to the jazzband server. Then I go to https://jazzband.co/projects/docopt-ng, and because I'm a lead, there will be a button there where I can push that to PyPI?
Yep! https://jazzband.co/about/releases has a few more details, but that's essentially it. Upon upload to the Jazzband staging packaging index you'll automatically get an email to the verified email address that was fetched from GitHub with notes what to do next. Please do verify the content of the release and review the commits between tags to make sure we're not releasing malicious code to PyPI.

@itdaniher Welcome to Jazzband! Please let me know if you have any questions implementing those TODOs above and make sure to follow the Jazzband guidelines. Thank you :)

@itdaniher Hey there, just checking in if you have any questions for your TODO items above?

@itdaniher Hey there, any news on when you'll likely get to finalize the transfer yet?

@jezdez any ideas for project lead? Working on the remainder... Thanks for your patience and support!

@con-f-use any interest in continuing work? Looks like your fork has a few bugfixes I might try and grab before another release.

Sure. Glad to see someone is taking care of docopt-ng. What's on my branch is not really a bugfix, but a way to get at the argument type from the docstring. I found it useful in some situations.
