error when i run the docker about docker-plex HOT 2 CLOSED

The error you're facing seems to be related to a non-available port.
Do you have anything already mapped on port 32400 on this very device? If yes, please bind another port by removing the --net=hostparameter and add -p "<your_port>:32400"

the docker must be launched with privilege modes and all work fine :)
