Newlines inside expressions about coffeescript HOT 2 CLOSED

Sure, the last commit allows a backslash to escape newlines within CoffeeScript expressions:

  1 + \
   2 + \
    3

Leaving this ticket open until we get proper Ruby-style optional newlines.

We've got 'em now -- it's not actually that hard. The lexer just needs to look at the previous token, when it's about to write a newline, and suppress it if the previous token is obviously in the middle of an expression. This now compiles cleanly:

  2 +
  3
